Hello everyone!
Now that Charles is in Kindergarten, I find myself in need of packing a daily lunch. Between his desire to not eat the same thing too often, the fact that the school prohibits peanuts and the fact that there are no accessible microwave ovens for the students (the school tried to have one microwave oven in each classroom, but since the school is so old the electrical system couldn’t handle it and the breakers kept tripping when they were used), it requires some amount of creativity.
The good thing, is that I actually like cooking\baking and enjoy the creativity necessary to pack lunches. Sometimes, however, I’m not too sure what I’m going to do. Those days, I find myself on Pinterest for inspiration.
So, in the spirit of spreading the love, I thought I’d take the time to share Charles’ lunches with you guys so that it might give some of you some inspiration when in need.
Usually, I’ll be sharing the lunches that I packed for the week prior to my post, but this time, I’ll just be posting a few of the lunches that I’ve packed over the past weeks.

That’s it! Please let me know if you would like the recipe for any of the individual elements and I’ll be happy to share. Also, if you would like to join in and share your own “lunchpiration” ideas, feel free to share a link via the comments section.
What’s your favourite go-to lunch?
Yummy! I love those kinds of lunches. Lots of little bits and pieces. 🙂 I usually heat up leftovers.

Leftovers are great too! I’m still working on making enough food for supper to have them for the next day – you’d think I’d gotten the hang of portions by now lol.
